Frequently Asked Questions

Is there an age restriction to come to The Pour House?

All events are 21+ to attend unless otherwise stated on the event page. We allow those under 21 to attend any show with a parent or legal guardian (older siblings or friends DO NOT count). The upstairs record shop is for all ages.

How can I buy tickets?

There are several ways to purchase tickets for Pour House shows (see below).

  1. Online —  On our website click the “Buy Tickets” button next to the event you’d like to attend (on the Homepage or the Calendar page). Also, find tickets at www.seetickets.us (unless it is a show that is externally ticketed. These shows will still be listed on our website with proper links).
  2. On Facebook — head to The Pour House Music Hall & Record Shop  and select the event you’d like to purchase tickets for. There will be a ticket link in the event description, as well as a “Find Tickets” button under the Date/Location info of the event.
  3. At the Door — Tickets can be purchased at the door of the venue, on the day of the show once doors open, as long as they are still available (i.e. if the show has not sold out).  We accept cash, card, and tap pay at the door.

*Tickets can be purchased online on the day of the show, but can be subject to an increased “Day of Show” price.  We recommend purchasing your tickets in advance.*

What is your accessibility info?

The Pour House is a general admission standing room venue with limited seating. Unless otherwise noted on the event page, seating is first come, first serve. We will have normal bar seating, two high-top tables downstairs with two seats each, a long bench along the side wall, and an upstairs balcony with limited seating along the ledge. *If you require special accommodations for seating, please email nick@the-pour-house.com to arrange*
